Full research service
After our above mentioned consultation call, you decide you want a full research service instead of the call. This service is for those who would like us to research hotels, experiences, please to eat, and any other desired things for your adventure. You will do all the bookings yourself, we only research. * There is a 4% credit card merchant fee.
Travel Research Service
Starting at $600 for 4 hours of research.
Travel Research PLUS
Starting at $1000 for 8 hours of research includes day to day itinerary structuring.
CUSTOM TRAVEL DESIGN BASE FEES
Planning your trip from start to finish. The moment you land to the moment you depart. Allowing you to turn your brain off and allow us and/or our partners to take care of you. The following fees are “starting”. * There is a 4% credit card merchant fee.
Full Travel Planning Service
Starting at $350 per day for 2 travelers. $150 per additional adult over 19. We don’t count 19 and under as adults when when it’s family travel.
Group Getaways
10% of total trip cost for up to 6 - 10 travelers.
** Minimum budget for Full Trip Planning is, $15,000 for a week depending on the destination and number of travelers. Does not apply to Solo Travelers. Groups $6,000 per person.
Last Minute Requests - $250 supplement fee (starting)
4 months prior to departure. Unavailable for “Groups”, we’ll happily refer you to someone who can be of service.
Certain countries like Italy and Greece for the Summer will require a minimum of 4-5 months. Places like Japan and Safari can be up to a year in advance.
⚡⚡⚡ Cancelation fee ⚡⚡⚡
Cancelations result into a penalty of 10% of trip the cost. Be sure to ask us about travel insurance. It’s your responsibility to know and understand your cancel policies. We will forward you the info for your bookings. Fees are nonrefundable

This is not where you should be frugal. You only pay for the policy, we’ll send the quote.
HOTEL BOOKING
You are more than welcome to book your own hotel, fee free through our hotel booking engine. If you want to receive VIP Perks, be sure to check “Preferred Partner” on the left hand side.
FLIGHT TICKETING FEES
Ticketing service includes access to 24/7 Travel Emergency number, our air department will monitor your flights for changes as well, so you can relax. Please note - additional fees apply for changes, reissuing tickets, and cancelations.
Domestic Ticket Fee
$60.00 per person
International Ticket Fee
$100.00 per person
$200.00 per person international complex and multiple leg itineraries
Voids Transactions are eligible to VOIDED without penalty within 24 hours of ticketing. All void requests must be submitted in writing via email to the travel advisor you are working with and rani@cheemastravel.com
Fee: No charge, but Original Ticketing Fee Is NONREFUNDABLE.
Changes
Any change requests received after the first 24 hours from ticketing, an airline change fee, any difference in airfare and Cheema’s Travel’s change fee will apply. All change requests must be submitted in writing via email to rani@cheemastravel.com. All fares and change fees quoted are subject to change until ticketing.
Fee: $60.00 per person
Name Changes & Corrections
All name change and correction requests must be submitted in writing via email. Changes may be subject to airline-imposed fees. Note: name changes apply ONLY to the same passenger booked on the original ticket. Air reservations are nontransferable.
Fee: $100.00 per person, plus any airline-imposed fees
