In December 2023, I felt a profound love that ignited my heart.

During this time I had a spiritual awaking during a Winter Solstice retreat in Ojai. During this short and powerful relationship I painted. These are my first paintings since 2007. That is what love, turn on, and inspiring make-outs can do to you. We ended things. My heart ached but I was grateful and pissed.

Our body is a vessel that generates emotions to be released.
We choose to hold on to them.
Never allowing them to alchemize. 
The triggers and chargers are things to look at but, things we either don’t want to face or don’t even realize we need to face until some shit happens 👀
